Terms of Sale

The ground rules for buying from AIIWHERE — orders, payment, shipping, warranty and returns. Plain English, no surprises.

1. Orders

Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order. We may decline orders in cases of pricing errors, stock limits or export restrictions.

2. Pricing & currency

Prices are listed in USD. Other currencies are shown for reference only; checkout settles in USD. Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments with the methods shown at checkout. Your payment data never touches our servers.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Warranty

Factory products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Batteries are covered for 6 months. The warranty excludes wear parts, water damage from improper care, and crash or misuse damage.

6. Returns

Unopened factory products can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the buyer covers return freight. Custom carbon parts are made to order and are not returnable.

7. Custom work

Custom parts are quoted individually. Production starts after written confirmation of drawings and price. Quoted dimensions and finishes are binding once confirmed.

8. Liability

Riding electric surfboards, skateboards and inline skates carries inherent risk. You are responsible for using the products lawfully and with appropriate protective gear. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
